CÁNTAROS

A water harvesting system that is composed by a low maintenance purifier and two water storages. The purifier has a water purification system by means of a clay plate covered with colloidal silver, with maintenance that only consists of opening the object.

Both storages have reliefs on their upper part so that they can be decorated with flowerpots, making it functional and environmentally harmonious.

How can we best integrate a rainwater catchment system into people’s lives? In this exercise, the objective was to design a rainwater harvesting system focused not only on its functionality but also on integrating into people’s daily lives living in rural contexts and water scarcity. 

Project in collaboration with Rotoplas.
